In recognition for his service, Bob was awarded the CIA's Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. His penultimate position at CIA was as the Chief Technology Officer.
Bob has a Bachelors and Masters in Statistics from Virginia Tech, and has done graduate studies at George Washington University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
